A Scandal At The Beach

by

This is the view I’m waking up to this week.

I’m in the Outer Banks with my wife’s family for the week and so far it’s been wonderful.

However, it’s not all fun and games for me.

A couple of weeks ago I got the substantive edit for my book The Scandal of Holiness: Dirty Hands, Unclean Lips, and the Power of Redemptive Embrace (coming this September from CLC Publications – hint, hint). I was supposed to have those edits completed and returned last Friday. However, in the tradition of all great writers (Maybe? I hope? I don’t really know) or at least writers with full-time jobs that don’t allow them to do much writing, I’m a bit behind on getting those edits done.

So, in order to get my manuscript complete so it can actually be released in September, I’m going to be taking a break from the blog this week to get that work done.

If all goes as plan, the edits will be done by the end of the week and I’ll be back at it on the blog next Monday.

In the meantime, I’ve got a ton of work (a little vacation) to do.

Sincere thanks for your understanding and giving me this little break I really need. I think it will be worth it. I’m really excited about this book finally be released so you can actually read it.

So stay tuned, because you will be hear a lot more from me about the The Scandal of Holiness once I get back from the beach.

Grace and peace,

Zack Hunt.
